Why connect your tools
FeedbackRobot is only as good as the data it can see. Connecting the platforms you already use does two things: it brings your public reviews into one place so nothing is missed, and it keeps your customer list current so surveys go out automatically instead of when someone remembers.
Review platforms
Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com, Agoda, Yelp, Facebook, Zomato and OpenTable are monitored directly. New reviews are pulled in, scored for sentiment, and a reply is drafted β so a negative review gets a response in minutes rather than days.
Most businesses should start with whichever platform produces the most reviews. For local businesses thatβs almost always Google.
Customer and order systems
Shopify, Stripe, Salesforce and Cin7 keep your customer list current without manual exports, and let you time feedback requests against something real β an order delivered, a subscription cancelled, a job completed. Timing is the single biggest factor in response rate, and a connected system is what makes good timing possible.
Everything else
If your system isnβt listed, the API and generic webhooks cover it β you can trigger a survey from any tool that can make an HTTP request. Thereβs also CSV import for one-off lists, and QR codes and website embeds for collecting feedback without any integration at all.
Setting one up? The help centre has step-by-step guides for every connection, including what to do when a source stops syncing.
