THE TOOL
What is a review visualizer?
A review visualizer converts your best customer reviews into branded, share-ready social media images. You paste in the review text, select your industry template, and get a polished visual — formatted for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or your website testimonials section — in under 60 seconds.
The output is a professional graphic with the review text, star rating, reviewer name, and your brand styling. No design software, no templates to customise, no waiting for a designer. The review is the content — the tool just makes it look the part.
FeedbackRobot's review visualizer includes templates calibrated for different industries and platforms. A hotel sharing a guest review on Instagram needs a different visual weight than a law firm sharing a client testimonial on LinkedIn. The templates reflect those differences, not a one-size-fits-all grid layout.
REPUTATION INSIGHTS
Why turning reviews into visuals drives more business than text alone
of people are visual learners — social proof lands harder as an image than a text snippet
higher engagement on social posts with images vs. text-only posts across LinkedIn and Instagram
of consumers trust peer reviews more than brand-created content — review images are both
The other advantage: review content bypasses the trust deficit that polished brand content carries. When you post a designed ad, people discount it because they know you paid for it. When you post a designed review, the content is still a real customer's words — the design just makes it visible. That combination of authenticity and professionalism is unusually powerful in social feeds saturated with obvious marketing.
HOW IT WORKS
How to use the review visualizer
From detection to empathy to closure — AI handles every step of the resolution process effortlessly.
01
Choose the right review
Not every 5-star review makes a good visual. Look for reviews that are specific (mention a product, staff member, or experience), emotionally resonant (convey genuine satisfaction, not just "it was fine"), and at the right length (40–120 words — long enough to be credible, short enough to read in a feed).
02
Paste the review text
Include the reviewer's first name and the platform it came from (Google, TripAdvisor, etc.). The source adds credibility. "Google review" carries more weight than an anonymous quote.
03
Select your platform format
Instagram square (1:1), Instagram story (9:16), LinkedIn post (1.91:1), or website testimonial (16:9). The same review used across multiple formats generates multiple posts from a single piece of content.
04
Download and post
Add a short caption that adds context without repeating what's in the review. Tag the platform it came from where possible. Post during your audience's peak engagement window.
POST STRATEGY
What to post alongside the visual
The image does the heavy lifting — your caption should be brief and add a single layer of context. Three patterns that work:
WHERE TO POST
Where to use review visuals beyond social media
Most businesses use review visuals only on Instagram or Facebook. The higher-converting placements are often elsewhere:
