Never forgets to ask.
Every customer, the day after the visit. Not just the ones you remember when it is quiet.
Never leaves a review unanswered.
A reply in your voice within a day. The hard ones wait for you.
Never lets a bad night go quiet.
An unhappy guest hears back privately, within minutes, before it becomes a one-star review.
Without it
- You ask for reviews when it is quiet, which is never.
- Reviews sit unanswered for a week, then get the same thank-you.
- You learn a guest was unhappy when everyone else does, on Google.
With Feedback Agents
- Every customer is asked the day after, then invited to review you.
- Every review has a draft in your voice within the hour.
- An unhappy guest hears from you privately, within minutes.

The asking job · Get reviews
Day 1. Day 3. Day 10.
A check-in, a Google review invitation, a 30-second testimonial. Three plain emails, signed with your name, a few days apart.
How was your visit?
One question. One tap.
Would you share it on Google?
Everyone gets this one. One link, straight to your listing.
Thirty seconds on camera?
A short testimonial on their phone. You approve it first.
An unhappy answer on Day 1 goes to Recover first. The invitation waits until that conversation closes well. Who gets asked never changes.
The answering job · Reply
Your voice.
Not a template.
Every new review gets a draft that names the specific thing and says what happens next. Four and five stars can go live on their own. Three and below never post without you.

Drafted. Two stars never post without a person.

RecoveredEvery message is in your Inbox as it is sent. Past the turn limit, it hands over to a person.
The rescue job · Recover
Make it right,
privately.
An unhappy check-in opens a conversation, not a form. A real apology, the question that matters, and an offer only within the limits you set.
How recovery conversations work →A hire you can audit
Nothing happens behind your back.
Every email, skip and hold as a plain line, as it happens, with the reason. Pause it, take a person off its list, or let it go, from one page.

House rules
You set the limits. It keeps them.
Agreed before the first send. Kept every day, without you watching.
Everyone gets the ask
Timing can change. Who gets asked never does.
Opt-out stops it
Immediately, for that person. A bounce takes them off the list.
A cap and a window
A daily limit, inside your hours, on the days you are open.
Preview before the first send
You read the three emails and see the names first.
Serious replies wait
Three stars and below, and anything naming a person.
Offers have a ceiling
An amount, a kind, and a turn limit before it hands over.
The long version, with the law and the platform rules: the guardrails checklist.
The weekly check-in
Monday morning, one email.
Who it asked, who answered, reviews gained, and the one thing it would change next week. In your inbox, no login.

Questions
What is a Feedback Agent?
A program with one job and a set of limits. Get reviews runs a check-in, a review invitation and a testimonial ask after each visit, on its own, within a daily cap and your business hours. Reply drafts every review response and posts only what you allowed. Recover opens a private conversation with an unhappy customer. Each one shows its work in a feed and reports on Mondays.
Does the agent ask only some customers for a Google review?
No. Everyone who gets the check-in gets the review invitation. The agent can change when it asks, for example after an unhappy customer's problem has been handled by Recover, but never who it asks. Asking selectively is against the FTC's rule on consumer reviews and against Google's policy, and the agent is not built to do it.
What does it never do without me?
Post a reply to a review of three stars or below, publish a testimonial before you have seen it, offer an unhappy customer more than the ceiling you set, change the wording of its emails, or send the first batch before you have looked at it. You can pause it, take a person off its list, or switch it off at any time.
What does it cost?
The agents are free to switch on. Your plan's monthly email allowance sets how many people they can reach, and the Get reviews sequence uses about three emails per customer. Reply and Recover use AI actions from the same plan.
How is this different from Automations?
An automation is a rule you write: when this happens, do that, every time. An agent has a goal and adapts: it holds the review invitation when a check-in comes back unhappy, skips people it cannot email, and re-plans when a limit is reached. Automations are still the right tool for fixed rules, and the agents use them underneath.
Which systems can feed customers to the agent?
A CSV upload works for any business. Connected systems include Square, Clover, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Toast, Cloudbeds, Mews, Guesty, Opera Cloud, Maestro PMS, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Intercom and Zendesk, plus forwarded receipts. New customers from a connected system join the agent's list as they arrive.
