Getting data in from Delphi

There’s no standalone Delphi connector. But if you run Delphi alongside Salesforce — as most venues do — you already have a route.

1. Through Salesforce (most likely)

The Salesforce integration is built with exactly this in mind: triggering surveys when a guest checks out in Delphi, or when a deal is marked Closed-Won.

If your Delphi data flows into Salesforce, connect Salesforce and drive your surveys from there. It’s the supported path and needs no custom code.

2. Trigger from your own system

If Delphi is standalone, have your team call the Send Survey API when an event completes.

3. A webhook automation

If middleware can already see your Delphi events, point it at a Webhook trigger in the automation builder.

4. CSV import

Export attendees after an event and import them. Manual, but immediate.

Getting event feedback right

Send within a day or two. Event feedback decays faster than most — detail that’s vivid on Monday is vague by Friday.

The organiser and the attendees are different audiences. The organiser can speak to logistics, communication and value; attendees can speak to the experience itself. Asking both the same questions gets you the average of two answers you needed separately.

Tie feedback to the event, not just the date. If you run several events a week, feedback you can’t attribute to a specific one is much harder to act on.
