Connect Delphi

Connect it
- Open the connections area of your workspace and choose Delphi.
- Sign in to Delphi and authorise the connection.
- Confirm which data you want synced.

Two audiences per event
The organiser and the attendees want to tell you different things. The organiser can speak to logistics and value; attendees can speak to the experience. Consider separate surveys.
Timing
Send within a day or two of the event, while detail is still fresh — event feedback decays faster than most.
Set up what happens next
A connection on its own only moves data. The value comes from what you trigger with it — usually a survey timed to a real event rather than sent in a batch.

If the connection fails
- Confirm your Delphi account has permission to grant access
- Check whether your organisation restricts third-party app connections
- If credentials recently changed, reconnect from scratch
