Connect Zomato

Connecting your Zomato listing, and what to check if it doesn't sync.

Updated Available on Free Agent Pro Agent Advanced Agent Enterprise

Zomato is a primary discovery platform for restaurants in several markets, and its reviews often mention specific dishes — useful detail for menu decisions.

Connect it

  1. Open the connections area of your workspace and choose Zomato.
  2. Search for your business by name and location.
  3. Confirm the correct listing from the results — check the address, not just the name.
  4. Authorise the connection if prompted.

The first sync pulls your review history, not just new reviews. Depending on volume this takes anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours.

You’ll need

Your Zomato restaurant listing.

Dish-level detail

Zomato reviewers name dishes more often than reviewers on other platforms. Theme analysis picks this up, which makes it one of the more actionable sources if you run a restaurant.

Multiple outlets

Connect each outlet separately.

If your listing doesn’t appear

Usually one of:

  • The listing is unclaimed
  • There are duplicate listings for the same outlet
  • The outlet is marked temporarily closed

Try searching with just the business name, then narrowing by city. If it still doesn’t appear, send us a link to your listing and we’ll connect it from our side.

After connecting

Once reviews are syncing, decide how you want them handled — automatically, or with your approval first.
