Connect Booking.com
Connecting your Booking.com listing, and what to check if it doesn't sync.
Booking.com reviews are structured — guests score specific categories — which makes them particularly good for isolating exactly what’s underperforming.
Connect it
- Open the connections area of your workspace and choose Booking.com.
- Search for your business by name and location.
- Confirm the correct listing from the results — check the address, not just the name.
- Authorise the connection if prompted.
The first sync pulls your review history, not just new reviews. Depending on volume this takes anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of hours.
You’ll need
Access to your Booking.com extranet account.
Scores are categorised
Because guests rate cleanliness, staff, location and value separately, patterns show up faster here than on platforms with a single star rating. Worth reviewing the category breakdown when a score moves.
Multiple properties
Connect each property separately.
If your listing doesn’t appear
Usually one of:
- The property is inactive or closed for the season on Booking.com
- Extranet access has expired or the password recently changed
- You manage the property through a channel manager rather than directly
Try searching with just the business name, then narrowing by city. If it still doesn’t appear, send us a link to your listing and we’ll connect it from our side.
After connecting
Once reviews are syncing, decide how you want them handled — automatically, or with your approval first.
