Connecting Salesforce keeps feedback attached to the CRM record, so whoever owns the relationship can see what the customer actually said.

Connect it

  1. Open the connections area of your workspace and choose Salesforce.
  2. Sign in to Salesforce and authorise the connection.
  3. Confirm which data you want synced.

What comes across

Contacts and account context, so surveys can be targeted by segment and results attributed back.

Decide the source of truth

If both systems hold customer records, decide which one wins before you start. Two versions of the same customer is the most common problem with CRM integrations, and it’s much easier to prevent than to unpick.

Feedback belongs on the record

The point of this integration is that an account manager opening a record sees the feedback history without going anywhere else. Set it up so that actually happens.

Set up what happens next

A connection on its own only moves data. The value comes from what you trigger with it β€” usually a survey timed to a real event rather than sent in a batch.

If the connection fails

  • Confirm your Salesforce account has permission to grant access
  • Check whether your organisation restricts third-party app connections
  • If credentials recently changed, reconnect from scratch
