See every review in one place
Your reviews are scattered across sites you rarely check. Here is what the one you miss can cost, and a simple way to see them all together.
Read the transcript
A pipe bursts at seven in the morning. The homeowner does not call you. Not yet.
First, they search. Then they pick three plumbers, and read about each of them for about a minute.
One has a hundred reviews and a fresh one from last week. One has twelve, all glowing. And one has this, near the top. Given a two hour window and waited all afternoon. Nobody called.
That one is you. And you did not know it was there.
You never hear the phone that did not ring. That is what makes it expensive.
Say it costs you one job a week, at three hundred dollars a job. That is more than fifteen thousand dollars a year, in calls that went to somebody else.
You are on a roof or under a sink all day. You are not going to check three review sites.
So let FeedbackRobot do it. Connect Google, Facebook and Yelp once. Every review comes to one list, on your phone.
Look at it in the truck, before the first job.
Know what the homeowner is reading, before they decide who to call.
Next: reply to every review.
Why it matters
Reviews are scattered across Google, Facebook and Yelp. Each one is a separate login and a separate chance to miss something.
People deciding who to call do not pick one site. They read whichever comes up first, so the review you never saw is still being read.
Say it costs you one job a week, at three hundred dollars a job. That is more than fifteen thousand dollars a year. From one review you never read.
