Create your account and set up your business
Signing up, activating your email, and the business setup questions that shape how your agent behaves.
Getting started takes a couple of minutes and doesn’t need a credit card. The Free plan includes 25 actions, which is enough to watch the agent work before you decide anything.
Go to feedbackrobot.com and choose Start Free. You’ll need a name, an email address, and a password.
Use a business email if you have one. It makes it easier for teammates to find your workspace later, and some review platforms are easier to verify when the domains line up.
Activate your email
We’ll send you an activation email. Click the link in it to confirm the address and unlock your workspace.
If it hasn’t arrived within a couple of minutes:
- Check spam and promotions — activation emails land there more often than you’d think
- Make sure you typed the address correctly at signup
- Use the resend option on the activation screen
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll activate it manually.
Tell us about your business
Once you’re in, you’ll be asked a short set of questions about your business. This isn’t a formality — the answers change how your agent behaves:
What your business does. Sets the vocabulary the AI uses when it writes. A dental practice and a hotel get very different replies, and getting this right is the difference between a response that sounds like you and one that sounds like software.
What you want from feedback. Whether you’re chasing more public reviews, trying to catch problems before they go public, or measuring satisfaction over time. This determines what the agent prioritises.
How you want problems handled. How much latitude the agent has when someone is unhappy — whether it apologises, offers something, or escalates straight to you.
You can change any of these later in your workspace settings. It’s worth answering carefully now, though, because it saves you correcting the agent’s tone one reply at a time.
Add your team
FeedbackRobot bills per business, not per seat, so adding colleagues doesn’t cost more. Invite anyone who’ll need to see feedback or take over a conversation.
What to do next
Your agent can’t do much until it has something to watch or ask. Pick whichever is more urgent:
- You get public reviews you’re not keeping up with → Connect your first review source
- You want feedback you’re not currently collecting → Send your first survey
