Here is how a lot of studios answer a bad review.
We are sorry you feel that way. Our classes are popular, and we recommend arriving early.
Read it as a beginner. It says, the crowd is your problem, and next time be better at this.
Now here is the same reply, rewritten.
Laura, I'm sorry. A first class should feel welcoming, not crowded. We have capped numbers, and every newcomer is now met at the door. Come back as my guest.
Same complaint. But this one says three things a nervous beginner needs to hear. It was not your fault. We fixed it. And you are welcome here.
Laura may come back. But the real audience is the next person on the fence, reading your reviews before they dare to book.
A member is worth nine hundred and sixty dollars a year. That is what a kind paragraph can earn.
FeedbackRobot drafts the warm version for every review. You add your touch, and post it.
Answer like you would greet them at the door.
Next: ask every member after the first class.
Why it matters
Someone choosing where to sign up reads your reviews first. When a complaint has no reply under it, the silence tells them nobody is listening. That is a membership worth nearly a thousand dollars a year, lost.
A reply changes the story without changing the review. It is written to one person, and read by everyone who comes after.
A reply takes a minute or two. The membership it can save is worth nine hundred and sixty dollars a year.
