When to use it

Customization tips

• Acknowledging the student's effort ("progress like this doesn't happen without hard work") is a powerful technique specific to education responses — it co-credits the student, which prevents the review from reading as pure self-promotion and shows you see the student as a partner in their own success.

• Reference the specific outcome or achievement from the review when it's safe to do so (exam passed, language level reached, qualification gained). Outcome specificity converts future students who are trying to assess whether the programme delivers on its promise.
